The location was great. Lots of food options and shops were very close. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of dishes. the staff were warm and friendly. i booked this stay and it included a welcome drink which added value.

I booked a smaller room. It lacked enough space for large luggage. upgrading to a larger room may be worth it if you are traveling with big suitcases.

The room had a tv, a safe, and a wardrobe. a fridge and a nespresso coffee machine were included. toiletries from rituals were provided in the bathroom. It was very nice.

The staff was very helpful. They were also professional. housekeeping staff did a great job. Everything was clean. i really appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice brought to our table.

The service desk helped with train tickets. a lady at the desk emailed documents, printed them and called a taxi. the hotel is modern and clean. i would stay here again. the staff are amazing.

the staff was friendly. the hotel smelled good. complimentary toiletries was a nice touch.

the room i stayed in was too noisy. i could hear everyone coming in from the front door. the noise from the room above was very bad.
